Tulliallan Overview
Delplant was responsible for the construction of all internal sewer and water (potable & recycled) pipelines and structures across multiple stages.
Stage 15 of the development presented challenging site conditions where we encountered significant ground water. Delplant employed 24/7 dewatering pumps, used improved embedment materials and applied geotextile wrapping of the pipeline to ensure pipeline integrity.
Tulliallan is now a thriving estate with over 2,000 residents.
